Our Team
Mark Anderson
President
Mark Anderson is the President of Anderson Oil Company and has been with the family business since 1979. He’s worked in almost every job at the company, from delivery to service and installation. He takes great pride in providing a warm and friendly work environment where his team can grow both personally and professionally. When he’s not busy working, Mark enjoys playing guitar and golf.

Nicole Sullivan
Senior Vice President
Nicole Sullivan is our Senior Vice President and has been with the company since 2005. Her favorite part of the job is working with the Anderson team. She says that she is “very proud and honored to be part of the Anderson culture” and can honestly say that she loves her job because of the people she gets to work with every day. In her free time, Nicole likes to spend time with her dogs, run and play golf.

Trina Bellamy
Director of Accounting
Trina Bellamy started at Anderson Oil in 2014. She plays a critical role in keeping our books accurate and organized! Trina enjoys working with the great people on our team and spending time with family when she’s not working.

James Morris
Operations Manager
James Morris joined Anderson Oil Company in 2012 and currently serves as our Operations Manager. James finds deep satisfaction in his role at Anderson, enjoying the family-like atmosphere and playing a critical role in keeping our customers and community warm. He manages the dispatch areas and warehouse, ensuring deliveries get out the door on time and in full. In his free time, James enjoys spending time with family and working at his church.

Janet Hahn
Project Manager
Janet Hahn is our dedicated Project Manager who wears many hats at Anderson Oil Company. Since she joined the company in 2015, she’s done everything from IT solutions and implementation, HR and risk management to event planning for holiday parties and charitable events. She’s constantly helping our team access the tools and motivation they need to provide superb customer service. She’s a graduate of Virginia Tech and enjoys playing video games and streaming movies with her husband and fur babies.

Donnie Wheeler
Credit Manager
Donnie Wheeler is our Credit Manager and is responsible for managing our Accounts Receivable department. He enjoys establishing and fostering strong relationships with our customers by truly listening to their needs. Donnie joined Anderson in 2008 after working for the National Bank of Fredericksburg since 1989. He enjoys living in Fredericksburg and is a proud graduate of Mary Washington College. Donnie loves spending time with his family and volunteering with his church to help area youth and coach local soccer teams. He also enjoys golfing.

Keith Morris
Commercial Fuel Manager
Keith has been a dedicated commercial fuel manager at Anderson Oil Company for over 30 years. He loves building trusted and meaningful relationships with customers while meeting their commercial fuel supply needs. Keith is a true outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing during his free time.

Jorge T. Leonarkis
Dealer Representative
Jorge is our dedicated Dealer Representative, supporting Marathon dealers as they construct and operate their businesses. He finds great satisfaction collaborating with dealers to create a welcoming experience for their customers. Before joining Anderson Oil Company in 2012, Jorge spent over 30 years as a Class “A” General Contractor. When he’s not working, Jorge enjoys playing golf, fishing, and simply spending time with family and friends.

Beth Swift
Customer Service Representative
Beth is our friendly Customer Service Representative ready to greet you when you walk in the door! She has an Associate Degree in Business Administration and works hard to create a welcoming, respectful environment for customers every day. Beth loves helping others and finds great satisfaction in knowing she plays a role in ensuring our customers and their families have a warm place to lay their heads at night. In her free time, she enjoys singing in choir, traveling with her husband and son, spoiling her dog and cats, and enjoying the outdoors with RC cars.

Cathy Howdyshell
Account Representative
Cathy Howdyshell is an enthusiastic Account Representative with strong interpersonal skills. She’s been with Anderson Oil Company since 2021 and enjoys getting to know our retail business clients, answering their questions and reconciling their accounts. Cathy went to school for vocational studies and is a notary public for the Commonwealth of Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, and friends and playing with her Chocolate Lab, Kassie Rae!

Mike Harris
Dispatcher
Mike Harris joined the Anderson team in 2005 as a propane delivery driver and has recently become our dedicated dispatcher. For more than 15 years, he’s enjoyed working with Anderson because of the friendly people and the way Mark runs the business. While he enjoys the job, he loves time off, spending it at the beach with his son.

Cheri Eldridge
Accounting Specialist
A career in finance and accounting led Cheri Eldridge to Anderson Oil Company in 2001. She handles various accounting duties for the business and works directly with customers to complete their deliveries and payments. Cheri is proud to serve as a church deacon and enjoys being with family in her free time.

Keith Johnson
AOC Driver
Keith Johnson is the man behind the wheel of our Anderson Oil Company truck. He’s been with the company since 2021 and enjoys meeting new people and engaging in friendly banter while making deliveries. Safety is his top priority, and he’s built a reputation for operating carefully while on the road, on location and in the office. He enjoys spending time with friends and family when he’s not working.
